Fried ground beef with sword bean 刀豆炒牛肉糜
However I was thinking today: why not show my delicious food on my blog??! So all of you can feel hungry or, hmmm, just be jealous of my boyfriend!
Ingredients 原料:
| Sword Bean 刀豆 | 500g |
| Ground Beef 牛肉糜 | 300g |
| Garlic chop 蒜末 | 20g |
| Salt 盐 | 8g |
| Chopped red chili 红辣椒 | 8g |
| Soya sauce 酱油 | 8g |
| Mushroom bouillon 蘑菇调味粉 | 8g |
| Oil 油 | 200ml |
Method:
1. Wash the sword bean and remove the heads of it.
2. Use big fire to heat the oil in a pan, then put sword bean inside. After 3 minutes, put some water into the pan. Cook for 10 minutes. Then take out the bean.
3. Put ground beef and garlic chop into the same pan, add Soya sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Put the bean into the pan and mix it with meat, add the red chili, salt and mushroom bouillon.
方法:
1. 掐去刀豆两头,洗净。
2. 大火烧热锅中的油。放入刀豆,炸3分钟后,加入些水,继续炒10分钟,直到刀豆变软。捞出沥干。
3. 在同一热锅中放入牛肉糜和蒜末,放入酱油。炒5分钟。
4.
将炒好的刀豆放入,加上红辣椒丝,盐和蘑菇调味粉。
