for information at:the internet in china is broken

yesterday when i finally was able to login into msn,there were only my overseas buddies. all chinese ppl were offline. today msn seems to be working in shanghai, but connection is still shit. opening a page would take you 5 mins. i begin to wonder, if ppl should just forget about the dsl or others and turn to use telephone line these weeks? coz it would be much quicker.

Merry Christmas, everyone! Do you have plan for the Christmas dinner tonight? I did my cookies for Christmas just now for the first time.

What should we buy?

How to do the cookies?

• Preheat oven to 180C for fanforced. Line the base of a biscuit tray with baking paper.
• Put Cookie Mix into a mixing bowl. ( i could not find one at home, so i used a rice cooking bowl instead :-P)
• Add egg and butter spread. Mix with a wooden stuff ( spoon or whatever). Then knead the mixture with hands to create a dough.
• Roll mix into 24 balls with hand. 1 ball= approx. 1 level Tbsp. Bake for 12-15 mins.
• After removed from the oven, allow to cool on the tray for 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack.

Is it tasty?

quite tasty. but not that successful. coz of no experience and the small oven, we did not know the cookies would spread when baking. the cookies were sticky with each other after baking for 5 mins or so. coz the bottom of the oven was preheated too much, the cookies are a little bit burned.

why we call them 50% home made cookies?

coz the city market avails us to get many ingredients for cooking novice. and we don't need to prepare the cookie mix, which is the most important.

Will we do this later again?

Well, not really. It kind of lacks of fun. I want to do my own cookie mix, not just buy something. And another reason is it is quite expensive to get 24 small cookies like that. with 62.5 rmb we can get dozens of cookies like that in supermarket. next time i will use 15 rmb to make better ones. haha.

In these 2 months i guess i go to hospital and back for at least 20 times.
Such a chaos in the moment.

Inflammation of the wounder in leg,allergy all over the body, small operation... hehe.. everything just comes at one time. But i guess i was just being frustrated for 90mins or so. In chinese opinion, when the unlucky things go away, which means, all the lucky things would follow. So i am somehow looking forward to the next happy and prosperity year of me.. haha.
